MoveScout MAX is an independent productivity dashboard created for moving drivers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Sirva, Inc., North American Van Lines (NAVL), Allied Van Lines, United Van Lines, UniGroup, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "MoveScout" is a trademark of Sirva, Inc. Use of that name here is solely for the purpose of describing compatibility with the MoveScout driver platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MoveScout MAX Service (the "Service") operated by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MoveScout MAX is a third-party driver productivity dashboard that:

Displays job data from your personal MoveScout driver account using credentials you provide
Provides weight tracking, variance analysis, and document management tools
Allows uploading photos and documents to the MoveScout platform using your own credentials

We are not a moving company, carrier, broker, or agent. We do not employ drivers, dispatch loads, or interact with customers on your behalf. All underlying job data belongs to and is managed by the MoveScout platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active, authorized MoveScout driver account to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to use your MoveScout credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $49.00 USD per month.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Trial periods, if offered, are limited to one per person.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You may not share your account with other drivers or use it for multiple individuals.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates your agreement with Sirva, your carrier, or any applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any weights, documents, or signatures you submit through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. JOB DATA IS FETCHED FROM THE MOVESCOUT PLATFORM AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ACCURACY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property
