We provide a supplemental tool that displays data from your existing MoveScout account.

MoveScout credentials: Your MoveScout User ID and password, used solely to authenticate and retrieve your job data from the MoveScout platform on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use these credentials for any purpose other than providing the Service.
Operational data you enter: Actual weights, weight ticket photos you upload, and driver signatures. This data is stored to provide Service functionality.

Usage data: Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage and Security

The Service is hosted on Vercel infrastructure (servers in the United States). Temporary operational data (job cache, weight records) is stored in Vercel's server memory and may be reset periodically. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption and secure session management.

Important: Do not share your MoveScout credentials with anyone other than through this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs their handling of payment data.
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
Sirva / MoveScout — job data is fetched from their platform using your credentials. Their privacy practices apply to the underlying job data.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies solely to maintain your logged-in state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights
